What format are your planners?

Every planner is a digital PDF. After checkout, you'll get a download link delivered straight to your inbox — nothing physical is shipped.

What app do I need to use them?

Our planners work in any PDF-annotation app. GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, and Xodo are the best suited, since they support typing, handwriting, and the tap-to-navigate links built into every page — but any app that opens and lets you write on PDFs will work.

Do they work on my phone, tablet, or computer?

Yes. Because it's a standard PDF with real clickable links (not just images), the same file works the same way on iPad, Android tablet, phone, or desktop — wherever you have your note-taking app installed.

How do the stickers work in the Kids planner?

The Kids Digital Planner includes two Sticker Sheet pages with original artwork. In your note-taking app, select a sticker with the lasso or selection tool, copy it, then paste it onto any other page in the same planner — the star chart, a weekly spread, wherever you like. A few stickers are already placed around the planner as decoration too.

Do my downloads expire?

No. Your download link never expires, so if you get a new device or just need the file again, you can always come back and re-download it.

Can I print my planner instead?

Yes — any planner can be printed at home or at a print shop if you'd rather write on paper. The layouts are designed to look great either way.

What's your refund policy?

Because these are instant digital downloads, we don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you run into a technical problem, like a corrupted or missing file, email us at info@dmlglobal.shop and we'll sort it out.
